A  WALK IN DECEMBER

Diliman Way

with Homobono A. Adaza

White beach dotted with tiny pebbles
Dark, others in prismatic crystals
Falling from heaven
With millions of stars
Giving glimpse of forever
In the cold month of December
From behind me
Thundering hooves
Of a horse with a white lady
Passing me by with a smile on her lips
And mystery in her eyes
Detailing the enjoyment of the ride
My imagination flew
Into the kingdom of my dreams
With the lady lifting me
To her delight and complete abandon
Filling the world with wonders
Only a moment can define.
