The 1 Maharlika Movement is set to proclaim former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. (BBM) as the movement’s official presidential candidate for the 2022 presidential elections at 1:00 p.m. of Sept. 28, 2021, at Midori Hotel, Clark, Pampanga.
1 Maharlika Movement Chairman Shariff Ibrahim Albani told the Philippine Muslim Today, the official proclamation is organized by the 1 Maharlika Movement National Coordinating Committee in cooperation with the Labor Party of the Philippines, World Philosophical Forum, Maharlika Leaders Forum and the 5 Pillars of Justice Association of the Philippines Inc.
Earlier, the proclamation rally was announced to be held in Tagaytay City on Sept. 26, 2021, to support Marcos Jr. bid for president of the Philippines. However, the date was reset to Sept. 28 and the venue moved to Midori Hotel in Clark, Pampanga.
Albani said this is in the light of a legitimate concern of 1 Maharlika Movement inviting former Senator Marcos, Jr. to speak in an unlimited hour for him to deliver his platform of government to the Filipino people within an eight-hour program.
The 1 Maharlika Movement chairman also emphasized that this is going to be a community event that will be covered live by a tri-media and for “BBM” to have the opportunity to interact with several leaders and organizations, including the Political League of the Philippines, Marcos Loyalists, 5 Pillars of Criminal Justice System, World Philosophical Forum Philippines, 1 Maharlika Movement and many more.
Likewise Chairman Albani also said the 1 Maharlika Movement as the lead organizer guarantees that the minimum government health’s standard, guidelines and protocol will unequivocally apply.
Albani has also given the assurance that the 1 Maharlika Movement is committed to helping BongBong Marcos in fulfilling his dream to be the next President of the Philippines and to make the Philippines great again.
