City Mayor Francisco “Isko” Dumagoso with his Muslim affairs director Shey Sakaluran Mohammad personally lead the lighting of the Welcome Arch at Barangay 384, Zone 39, the Muslim Town in Quiapo, Manila on Sunday, as a manifest of his support and love for the local Muslims during Ramadan.
The event was organized in cooperation with Barangay Chairman Mohammad Khalil Pundoma, and Engineers Andres and Randy Sadac of the City Engineering and Electrical Department.
The National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) headed by Secretary Saidamen Pangarungan thanked the city government of Manila and Mayor Moreno for the support to the Manila Muslim residents as well as to the entire city constituents. JBY
